Our Team

Davidson-Roberts group always employs the highest quality nursery staff dedicated to working in childcare.  We strive to provide a welcoming and stimulating environment for the children in our care.

 We have a rigorous process of interviewing, supporting and developing staff of a high calibre who often progress their career in one of our nurseries.  The consistency and quality of staff is one of the many things we are well known for and is the reason why parents return with younger siblings.  Our nursery staff are recruited because of their qualifications, experience, welcoming nature and commitment to working with children.  Several members of staff are graduates in early years.

Our staff undertake an enhanced CRB check, Paediatric First Aid and Food Hygiene training, as well as attending frequent Early Years courses to ensure their knowledge and skills are kept up-to-date with current childcare legislation.

Each nursery manager works closely with their management team colleagues to ensure consistent high standards are delivered across the whole of the Davidson-Roberts group.
